Congratulations to the Research Triangle Foundation on groundbreaking for HUB RTP!
The highly anticipated HUB RTP project has officially broken ground. The HUB will bring new energy to Research Triangle Park creating a bustling town center nestled between I-40 near Davis Drive and Highway 54. The 43-acre, 1.5 billion dollar project will be a premier location for people who want the convenience to live, play, and shop where they work.
The HUB will feature 1 million square feet of office space, with buildings up to 20 stories tall which will be the first high-rise buildings within the Park. The site plan also calls for more than 800 apartment units, a four-star hotel, and will have a mix of restaurants, small shops, a fitness center, and a grocery store.
Nancy Frame Design is proud to be providing wayfinding design services for the transformative project for RTP. Wayfinding design is the information system that guides people through a physical environment to enhance their understanding and experience of the space. The site plan features 13 acres of conserved green space, trails, and lush nature to promote wellness, inspiration, and workplace productivity.
